Sign up using the button below using a computer or laptop or click the "Supplier Portal" in the top right corner.

Once your account has been created, you will be taken to your Supplier Portal. If you would like a step-by-step tutorial on creating tasting events and adding your portfolio, please open the Starter Pack in a new tab.

 

HOME SCREEN

YOUR SUPPLIER PORTAL

  • Your unique Access Code can be found in the Green Quick Tab. In order to access the Vinoted App, you need this code. You can use this code to sign up your team members or your customers who have not yet signed up.

  • You can view the number of users who have signed up for the App using your Access Code by looking at the Brown Quick Tab 'Code Counter'.

  • The My Portfolio, My Tasting, and Chat features can be accessed by using the other quick tabs.

 

MY PORTFOLIO

PORTFOLIO

  • The first thing you need to do is upload your portfolio. You can import your portfolio from an excel file by clicking 'Import CVS' on the right side.

  • In case you didn't receive the template, please use the example below, it should be exactly the same.

  • Note that you should always start with a capital letter.

  • When uploading your document, make sure it is in CSV format.

  • If you want to upload a picture of each wine, you will need to edit it once it has been uploaded.

 

ADD WINE

  • In order to create a Wine, you must fill out each field and press the 'Create Wine' button.

  • Any description or additional information about the wine, producer or vineyard can be entered in the box above the 'Create Wine' button.

  • It is important to note that Price, Alcohol, Description, and Picture are not mandatory.

 

MY TASTINGS

We are now ready to create tasting events. It is possible to hold a big tasting where all your wines will be available and everyone will be invited, as well as a small tasting with only a few wines and only one sommelier.

ADD TASTING

  • Choose Wines: Select all the wines from your portfolio or just those you plan to showcase at a particular tasting.

  • Select Sommeliers: Allows you to invite Vinoted App users to your tasting. A user can be classified as either a Hospitality user, a Press user, or an Importer user. Additionally, you can see their full name, job title, and company.

  • Please do fill out all the details such as, Tasting Name, Event Date, Time of Event and the Location of the Event.

 

EDIT TASTING

There are 3 icons on the bottom of each tasting, from left to right:

  • Edit the Tasting: allows you to edit a Tasting Event

  • Delete the Tasting: will allow you to delete an Event

  • Invitation List: See a list of all attendees as well as the possibility to add more users to your event.

  • Re-order Tasting: Able to drag and drop to select the perfect order of Wines for your tasting.

 

COMMUNICATION

LIVE CHAT

  • Search by name and chat directly with the Vinoted App users.

  • Will send a push notification alert to the Vinoted App mobile device instantly.
